At Smith Optics, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience on the slopes or the trail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective films are still attached to the product.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
